Our Bib Gourmand menu is written on a blackboard to showcase the fresh produce sourced from our artisan greengrocers, farmers and breeders. As the seasons change and new produce arrives, our team creates gourmet dishes that celebrate the bounty of the local region and the expertise of our local producers.

🏡 A Bistro of Authenticity and Excellence
In a warm and unpretentious setting, Simple & Meilleur offers refined cuisine rooted in Savoyard terroir. The menu, crafted by two three-starred Chefs, highlights generous dishes grounded in tradition, with a sharp sense of balance and flavour.
The restaurant welcomes 70 guests (including 20 on a cozy attic mezzanine) and features a friendly wine bar to extend the experience. A simple, sincere place—true to its cuisine.
