Dans l'ensemble l'appartement était satisfaisant, mais 3 bémols :
- le matelas du canapé lit est à changer, il est en mauvais état
- la présence d'une prise électrique à 30cm du robinet du lavabo dans la SDB
- la présence de moisissure en bas de la douche et sur le plafond
