Très bel appartement. En revanche très bruyant à cause de l’appartement 1028 occupé par des très jeunes (grand parents absent), vomis sur les paillassons des parties communes (nettoyés). Il faut apprendre à respecter la vie en communauté dans ce type d’immeuble.
