YOGISKI - Snowshoeing / Yoga


Take advantage of a fine spring evening and let yourself be tempted by a snowshoe hike (1h walk) to the Lac du Lou refuge.
Snowshoe walking is to reconnect with nature,
Yoga in the open air for oxygenation,
Yoga at the refuge to stretch out after a walk and watch the sun set,
vegetarian dinners for non-violent nourishment,
a night-time return to let yourself be enveloped by the stars.

The outing is led by Claire Caucal, mountain leader and yoga teacher. Another guide from the Bureau des Guides will also be present.

Departure at 4.30 pm from the parking lot of the restaurant 3chez pépé Nicolas", return around 10.30 pm.

Requested equipment :
- Hiking boots / Après ski
- Backpack with something to hang your mat outside if possible.
- Sportswear under ski suit
- Socks + change of T-shirt recommended.
- Water bottle
- Warm clothing

The price includes Snowshoes + sticks, Yoga mats, Headlamps, Meals excluding beverages.
