Learn the principles of healthy and conscious eating in a hands-on workshop. Cook delicious Ayurvedic dishes with Julie, an expert in Ayurveda, then share a convivial moment around a lunch prepared together.
Yoga and relaxation in the heart of nature
Recharge your batteries with a yoga session accessible to all, in the heart of the mountain, to harmonize body and mind.
Ultimate relaxation at the "La Belle Vie" centre
Enjoy the facilities of our new wellness centre:
Saunas with plants and natural salts
Panoramic hammam with mountain views
Relaxing hot baths

Equipment:
We provide yoga mats, as well as snowshoes and poles for hiking.
You are free to bring your own equipment if you wish.

- Sun protection (glasses, sunscreen, hat) depending on the sunshine.
